We are seeking creative minded individuals with experience in business!

As we are growing our core team, we are seeking someone with business experience, preferably one intersecting with the arts. We are looking for a business manager to help guide us through these early and ever-so important stages of BYA's life. 

​The ideal candidate would have a passion for the arts, business knowledge and acumen, experience in arts administration, a visionary mindset, and the ability to volunteer 10-15 hours per week to this project. Although no compensation can be provided at this early stage, we are seeking an individual with the will to help us as we grow to a place of financial proficiency.
